A new Institute. For a global field.
Across coaching, therapy and performance work, professionals keep encountering the same thing under different names: emotional imprints, nervous system patterns, unresolved history stored in the body. The theories are related. The language rarely is.
NEWNEI Institute exists to give that field a shared home — a place to research, question and practice together, open to professionals anywhere in the world who work on or with these ideas.
The people behind the NEWNEI Institute

Dr. Nina Belei
Co-Chair
Dr. Nina Belei is the founder of the NEWNEI Institute, a researcher and practitioner working at the intersection of behavioral science, neuro-emotional integration, systemic intelligence, and identity architecture.
Academic Background
Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Master’s Degree (Cum Laude) in International Business & Marketing from Maastricht University, followed by a PhD in Marketing. Part of her doctoral research was conducted at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Her doctoral research on consumer behaviour was recognized with the Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award by the European Journal of Marketing.
Nina works internationally across Europe and offers her work in native German, English, and Dutch.
Drs. Roy Martina
Co-Chair
Drs. Roy Martina is the founder of NEI and the co-creator of NEWNEI. 50 years in medicine, 98 books written and more than 250,000 people trained taught Roy one thing: all the power you need for your own healing is in you.
Background
Dr. Roy Martina graduated in medicine with honors at the University of Groningen in 1978 and went on to build the largest holistic practice in the Netherlands. In 1982 Roy co-published the first double-blind study showing that homeopathy works, at VU University Amsterdam.
In 1993 he developed NEI. Therapists, doctors and coaches in more than 14 countries work with his methods today.
Together with Trinity Aurora Roy developed NEWNEI®: a research-backed self-healing system that goes deeper than anything he built before.
Nils Gerlant Veenstra
Director
Nils Gerlant Veenstra is a Dutch-American entrepreneur who has built technology companies from the early Dot-Com era through Web 2.0 and Web3. His latest venture is a US-based sovereign AI infrastructure company.
Professional Background
Beyond technology ventures, Nils has extensive experience building international ecosystems, trade organizations, and industry alliances, including IMMA (with Steering Group members including The World Bank, Amnesty International, UEFA, GRAMMYs, UNESCO, and the UK government) and BECON (which developed into the premier global conference organiser in the blockchain space with events on six continents)
At the NEWNEI Institute, Nils wants to use his expertise for the benefit to the public as a whole.
